During our final development steps, the most important lesson we learned was to listen to our customers and those most likely to join into the membership role. We have kept the communications lines completely open as we continue to fine tune our software and online store by implementing the many suggestions and comments that we have received.

T2T's success will be driven by membership participation which itself will be fueled by product variety listed by sellers in the online store. One of T2T's core business principles centers on a multi-tiered reward system to attract a high volume of participation anchored by product variety and sale activity volume.
T2T's award program is unique online stores. Our award program provides selling members with added incentive to list as well as buyer incentives for high volume participation. It is T2T's intent to award as great a range of participants as possible.
Seller Cash Award Program
Cash awards will be paid on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis to the top seller in each period. T2T's "Seller Cash Award Program" is designed to expand as overall company growth progresses.
Weekly top seller - $10
Monthly top seller - $50
Quarterly top seller - $250
Annual top seller - $1000
Buyer Incentive Award Program
T2T will also offer a "Buyer Incentive Award Program" to award the highest cash volume buyer each week, month, quarter and year. Our "Buyer Incentive Award Program" will award these leading buyer's with unique products such as large hand bags, classroom supplies and other products that bear the T2T logo and that will help spread the T2T brand. Our "Buyer Incentive Award Program" is intended to grow at a rate in line with overall buyer participation and company growth.
